Camp Description: June 9, 2008 to August 1, 2008 - Camp Shule for children ages 5 to 17 years of age provides a dynamic eight week enrichment program where youth explore academic, artistic, and recreational interests in a relaxed and creative environment. Campers participate daily in academic sessions that refresh and review reading, math, writing, and computer literacy skills. In addition to in-class workshops, campers take weekly field trips to local museums and leisure sites. June 9, 2008 to August 1, 2008
Camp Dates: June 9, 2008

Drop-off as early as 7:00 am– Pick-up no later than
6:00pm
(Early arrival
from 7:00am to 8:55am will be allowed to use the Computer Labs, play games, and
etcÉ Camp Shule daily sessions begin at
9:00am.
Parent Orientation will be held Thursday,
June 5, 2008 at 6:00pm in the Nyumburu Cultural Center Multi-Purpose Room,
University of Maryland College Park, Maryland. Please Attend!

Camp Shule consists
of 5 different groups according to grade level:
Pathfinders, Warriors,
Trailblazers, Navigators and Explorers.
The total cost for the 8 weeks sessions per child is $775.00. Distribution is as follows:
Non –refundable
Registration Fee --- $50.00 required at time of Registration.
Tuition $75.00 per
week (8 weeks) --- $600.00 Deadline
May 9, 2008
Field
Trips -- due by June 5, 2008. $125.00 to be paid
in CASH
It is recommended that the Field Trip fee be paid at the Parent Orientation Session or you may visit the Center to make payment in advance. (Please remember CASH only for Field Trips). A Receipt will be available. Payment may be made weekly or bi-weekly, however the full payment is required no later than May 9, 2008.
